Call for Abstracts and Exhibitors
November 16-18, 2016
Kelly Inn, St. Cloud MN
MnAFPM encourages federal, state, and local government officials, planners, engineers, consultants, researchers, educators, watershed organizations, realtors, appraisers and insurance agents to attend the conference. On Wednesday, November 16 several training opportunities and a field tour will be offered. The conference will take place on Thursday, November 17 with plenary and concurrent sessions, poster session, networking events and a comprehensive products/services exposition. The CFM exam will be given on Friday, November 18.

-Restoration/Mitigation Plans -Impacts of Recent Floods -Urban Flooding & Drainage Systems
-Emergency Response -Regulatory Updates -Levee/Dam Issues
-New Technology -Public Awareness/Education -Hydrologic & Hydraulic Modeling
-Climate Adaptation -Flood Protection Measures -Climate Resilience
Abstract Submittal Process
Anyone wishing to make a presentation must submit an abstract describing the material to be presented.
Abstracts are due by July 13, 2016. Authors selected as presenters must register for the conference.The content of concurrent sessions will be guided by the abstracts submitted by potential conference speakers. The topics listed above are not intended to be comprehensive, only to give an idea of possible presentations. The 2016 conference theme will be determined by the content of the abstracts.
