2016 Annual Conference

The annual conference of the Minnesota Association of Floodplain Managers was held in St. Cloud, Minnesota on November 16-18th, 2016. The theme of the conference was "Preparing for a Cloudy Day". There were approximately 115 attendees. Major topics discussed included climate risk, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, floodplain mapping, flood management projects, and watershed planning. Next year’s conference will be held in Brainerd, MN.
