2018 Conference

The annual conference of the Minnesota Association of Floodplain Managers was held in Mankato, Minnesota on November 13-16th, 2018. The theme of the conference was "Little House in the Floodplain". There were 116 attendees. Major topics discussed included climate risk, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, restoration and protection strategies, flood management projects, and watershed planning. Next year’s conference will be held in Marshall, MN.
