The 2025 MNAFPM conference will be held at the Best Western Plus Kelly Inn in St. Cloud, MN. The MnAFPM annual conference attendees consist of federal, state and local government officials, planners, engineers, consultants, researchers, educators, watershed organizations, realtors, appraisers, and insurance agents. The conference agenda will focus on hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, floodplain management guidance, recovery programs, flood control projects, case studies, and mapping.
Full conference registration includes training workshops, and social events; concurrent and plenary sessions, refreshment breaks, and lunch. For sponsors with complimentary registrations, the promo code must be entered on the first page of checkout where the ticket type is selected.
Field Tour is not included in full conference registration. Register early, space is limited. Field tour is included for students if it is checked during registration.
Student Registration automatically includes registration to the field tour. Students should not register for the tour separately.
Hotel: The conference will be held at the Best Western Plus Kelly Inn. A block of 75 rooms has been reserved at a rate of $139 plus tax. Reservations may be made online here or by calling the front desk at (320) 253-0606.
Cancelation: Ticket may be canceled up to October 31st and the ticket cost will be refunded, minus Zeffy fees. You may avoid the cancelation charge by sending a substitute from your organization. Should weather, pandemic, or other circumstances beyond our control necessitate full cancelation, notification will be sent via email to those registered, information posted on the MnAFPM Conference web page, and refunds will be disbursed.
