Sponsor Registration due by October 31, 2025, to have your logo printed in the program.

MnAFPM would like to invite you to sponsor and/or exhibit at the annual conference at the Best Western Plus Kelly Inn in St Cloud, MN. Sponsors and exhibitors are an important part of the conference every year and we want to thank you for all your support in the past and at the upcoming 2025 Annual Conference. By sponsoring our event you are showing your support for floodplain management, outreach, education, and stewardship in Minnesota.

Sponsor Levels

Three sponsorship options are available depending upon your situation and needs:

Public Agency Booth - Free
Small Businesses and NGO's - $400
Corporate Level - $1,000

All sponsors will receive an exhibitor booth.

Exhibitor Registration

Registrations are due by November 7, 2025. Additional exhibit registrations will be accepted after the deadline on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please COMPLETE your EXHIBITOR registration BEFORE completing any INDIVIDUAL attendee registrations
Standard exhibitor space size is 8' x 4'. Additional space may be reserved as an add-on item at checkout.
