Check out these photos of flooding on the Danube in Austria in June 2013.
The IBS floodwalls in the photos from Austria below are 11.8 ft high built on top of a 2.6 ft high concrete wall Ă water height 14.4ft. On June 4, 2013, the water got within 2 inches of the top of barrier before it started to recede.
