2012 Conference

The annual conference of the Minnesota Associate of Floodplain Managers convened in Rochester, MN on November 14-16th, 2012. The theme of the conference was "Healthy Watersheds, Healthy Floodplains." There were approximately 120 attendees. Major topics discussed included levee certification, RiskMAP, flood forecasting, and recent flood fights. Next year’s conference will be held in Austin, MN.
